Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchange Policies
1. What are conditions when products are eligible for return/ replacement.
In circumstances mentioned strictly below:
- If product delivered is not one which is ordered.
- If product delivered is expired.
- If product delivered is damaged in transit.
- If product delivered in of incomplete order i.e missing products
We will be highly sorry for these circumstances and will proceed for return/replacement policy.
2. What are conditions when products are not eligible for return/ replacement.
Provided right product/s is delivered, under following circumstances product/s will not be eligible for return/replacement.
- In case of opened/used/altered products.
- Missing of Original packaging.
- If return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from date of delivery.
- The damaged or missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
3. How are returns if any processed.
If product is eligible for replacement, following above terms and conditions:
- Kindly raise a request with order number, date of delivery, contact details with a brief description of issue for our understanding on e-mail address:email@example.com
- Give us 3 working days to review on your request.
- After reviewing your return request, we will inform you to send us back parcel butshipment will be at customer cost strictly.
- This return good/s is/are brought to our warehouse whereby it is checked by our quality control team against claim and if found appropriate, replacement is initiated accordingly. Kindly note that replacement will depend on the Stock availability.
4. Will I get my money refunded if products are eligible for return / replacement?
If the product is eligible for return as mentioned in point no. 1, the customer will be getting a replacement of the same similar product or store credit.
No amount will be refunded in cash / Digitally payment method.
5. Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel the order by clicking on the “Cancel” button from the order details page under the My Account section.
- Order can be cancelled only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue cancellation.
6. How will I receive the refund amount for my cancelled order product?
In case of un-dispatched orders, amount will be returned back to the bank account within 10 business working days.
Our Refund Policy:
However, if the payment of purchased goods has been made by credit card, then,
Refund shall be processed only as Store Credits.
Our store credits can be used on www.mothernaturecare.in
Store credits given as refund never expire.
