Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 5 pm on Monday to Saturday. Goods once received will have to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for delivery kindly suggest an alternative family member, colleague, or neighbor for the process.

The company will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations which are to be borne by the customers.

Shipping and handling charges will have to be paid by the customers at the time of check out and consumers will be made known about these charges before making payments.

There may be cases when Company uses Promotional Offers during which Shipping Charges will be waived off and deliveries of goods done will be absolutely free. The company will announce such offers on its website so that customers can take advantage of it
